Whether it is a company run, (half) marathon, tough mudder or privately organized: our companies are very sporty on the road. Internal rankings within the INSTART group in the context of company runs drive the ambition and motivation of our employees upwards.
The cancellation of sports events this year due to Corona was no reason for our colleagues not to become active in sports. Without further ado, the employees organized the internal, one-week INSTART group running challenge "You'll never run alone", in which our companies competed against each other as teams. The current mileage was tracked digitally in an app, so that our runners drove each other to peak performance. In total, a proud 756 km were covered. The winner was IP Camp - Big Data specialist - from Budapest. The prize for the team from Hungary was a gift basket with healthy sports food.
All in all, it was a great action of our colleagues, who got together and became active in this matter themselves.
