e.telligent, specialist for electromobility inside the INSTART group has started a new office project: Recently, the e.telligent employees at the Regensburg site have a new home - including optimized spatial conditions and a new workplace concept. They are now housed on the same floor as their INSTART group colleagues from digitalwerk and share some rooms such as a meeting room, kitchen and lounge. This spatial proximity favors cross-company collaboration among the tech specialists.
In addition, e.telligent has introduced the shared desk concept in Regensburg: Employees no longer have a fixed workstation, but choose one at the beginning of the workday depending on availability. This is because mobile working is also becoming more popular and increasingly used at e.telligent, meaning that fewer workstations are needed. Employees can either take their personal belongings and work materials home with them or stow them away in equipped compartments.
Project manager Felix Bayer says of the shared desk: "As a modern-oriented company, we want to offer our employees contemporary workplace concepts such as Shared Desk or Mobile Office. The feedback from the team is consistently positive - this shows us that we have taken the right path."
