After last year's first big INSTART group summer party after the pandemic at the Eitensheim location, this year a Hawaii party took place at the Baggersee in Ingolstadt. Like last year, the party was organized by CUBE brand communications.
The summer party began with a warm welcome from the INSTART group shareholders, to which all employees of the group's 7 locations were invited. The highlight of the summer party was a sports competition. The INSTART group's own triathlon challenged 6 teams to duel each other in stand-up paddling, volleyball games and foosball. The watching colleagues could enjoy the spectacle with delicious cocktails. Following the triathlon, delicious food was waiting from the "Flying Rooster" food truck, which provided culinary delights with its food.
After the meal, the guests could make themselves comfortable on the new sunbathing island. In keeping with the style of the event, each company had its own branded deck chairs.
Afterwards, the most persevering employees were taken by shuttle to an afterparty at the "Tagtraum Café" in Ingolstadt. Our guests from Regensburg were also driven back home by shuttle at a late hour.
